July 21, 2010 - AICTE accused of bungling engineering admissions
  The intake in no less than four engineering colleges in the State, in branches where 50 seats have been allotted during the ongoing CET counselling round, has been slashed. This is due to the All India Council of Technical Education's regulation that states that colleges cannot exceed the maximum student intake limit of 840 (for colleges older than 10 years) and 540 for new colleges, State Higher Education Minister Arvind Limbavali has said.
