Rs.150 through Demand Draft drawn in favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi/ City of concerned Regional centre or paying Rs. 100 in cash at he respective sale counters Application Forms:

• In Person: The Student Handbook & Prospectus for the paramedical/ Allied Health Science Programmes 2010 can be obtained from the registrar SRD IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi – 110 068 and also all regional centres of IGNOU
   
• Through Website: Application form can also be downloaded from website www.ignou.ac.in

Eligibility:
For BMLT/ DMLT Programmes: 10+2 or its equivalent with science subject (physics, Chemistry, Biology) with minimum 45% marks or 10+2 with medical laboratory technology (vocational)

For BMRHIT Programmes: 10+2 or its equivalent with minimum 45% marks (Science students will be given preference)

For Other Programmes: 10+2 ot its equivalent with science subject(physics, Chemistry, Biology) with minimum 45% marks.

Minimum age: 17 years as on 1st July 2010.

Medium of Instruction: English

For Post Graduate Certificate programmes: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized university/ Institution.

Minimum age: No bar

Medium of Instruction: English
