• In Person: Application forms can be had in person from 06.02.2009 at the Schools / Colleges Located within the State of Karnataka on payment of Demand Draft for Rs.550/- for General category and Rs.400/- for SC / Cat-I / ST candidates
  
  
• By Post: Application forms can be obtained by post by sending a Demand Draft for Rs.650/-
